✨ An Intuitive Invitation ✨and 👋🏼 from Amsterdam

I’ve been quietly developing something close to my heart…a new way to live more intuitively, more creatively, and more in sync with the magic of everyday life.

This is an experiment, a community, a movement, and it begins with a small group of people who feel called to live life as a treasure hunt.

🌀 I’ve created a simple app to help us track intuitive clues, practice trusting our inner knowing, and clear the clutter that gets in the way. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being present, playful, and aware of the nudges that life gives us every day.

🌱 I’m gathering the first 10 participants to join this soft launch. Rolling admission based on resonance. Start date is TBD. It will begin when the right constellation of people magnetize together. You’ll know if it’s you.

This is for those who want to:
🔹 Put intuition into daily action
🔹 Discover and unlearn what blocks inner guidance
🔹 Co-create a new way of living rooted in deep listening
🔹 Share and witness clues in a safe, inspired space

Think of it as a lab. A playground. A portal.

Spreading the love with my friends in community in travel 🥰. I asked for a secret message to be written on my arm and this what I got. On some level this has been a lifelong quest with both meanings intrinsic. Paying attention to intuitive clues requires me to keep stepping back into a place of innocence and not knowing again and again. In my neutrality I can really decider what is a clue from my own conditioned mind of control and strategy. After receiving this directive I walked to the counter and asked the server for a piece of wisdom from his life he could share with me. He said I am an artist. I am a rapper and a painter and I do it every day. I walked away with this in gratitude. I am also an artist of life… unfolding in real time. Lisbon is beautiful!

Here she is, the Little Mermaid, perched quietly at the edge of the sea. This is a famous sculpture in Copenhagen I saw yesterday, that inspired the Disney movie. While I love the movie, it’s not a fairytale to me anymore. I see a symbol of what so many of us do: give up parts of ourselves in hopes of being loved, chosen, or understood.

Ariel sacrifices her voice, her physical body (her fin) for a life she thinks will bring her belonging. She joins the Prince’s world rather than the prince joining hers. (I know this is just one aspect and positive aspects of individuation and claiming her truth were also evident).

As I witness the rising tide of voices being silenced in our world politically, socially, even internally…I think of all the ways we are taught to shrink: to stay quiet, to please or to disappear.

From my therapeutic lens, the Little Mermaid reflects the places where we abandon ourselves for acceptance.

Ask yourself:
💫 Where am I silencing my truth?
💫 What have I given up to be “enough”?
💫 What would it look like to reclaim my voice?

Intuition led me to this friendship that has lasted 14 years and counting! Looking for a yoga class in Geneva in 2011 I saw her in a tiny organic grocery store wearing a shirt with an Om symbol. This led to a spark of dialogue, giving her an intuitive reading in a small church next door, her invitation to stay at her London flat and do readings for all of her friends, synergy, meeting up in San Francisco, Berlin, Sweden and back to London. Flow girls always find one another again and again. Grateful. You inspire me with your lightness, optimism, open mindedness, independence, creativity, wisdom and gracefulness.

Intuition and living intuitively often feels like living on the edge. I have come to a place in my life where the clear guidance often doesn’t fit in a framework previously known to me, and yet sometimes I have to wrestle with it before the surrender. Especially with the big stuff. It can feel so cozy and safe to stay in the known patterns and lines that have worked in the past.

Yet when there is an intuitive clue through vision, hearing, knowing, feeling, or smell…the denial hurts more than pushing through conditions and fears.

The stunning beauty of this fjord peak in Norway 🇳🇴 brought me to tears today. Intuition and a series of yes yes yeses brought me to this literal edge of the earth 🌎.

Do you recognize the difference between your fear and intuition? Sometimes the known avenues of fear are so repetitive, it is enough to catch it in its midst and say no.

I find that following the moment to moment clues are enough. There is a simple quiet peace in that faith of inner guidance.

Let yourself be surprised, let yourself say yes when it’s yes. You don’t have to know where it’s all going, no one does. There is no other who can reassure us of the pathway. It is unfolding in alignment with our innermost selves. Surrender leads us to the most beautiful outcomes even through the weeds, the doubts, the fears and the sorrows.

Contemplative time in Kristiansund, Oslo. The Fjords of 🇳🇴 Norway are touching a restful depthful part of my nervous system. There is a softness to the water protected on each side by strong mountains and rich green trees 🌳 and grass. Sharing this calm deep place with you. We all have infinite parts of ourselves that need care and attention. I am curious how you are caring for your nervous system lately. Message me, share in the comments. Norway 🇳🇴 is a ♥️ opener for me. We all have those spots on the planet 🌎 that move us in unique ways, not always for joy. This one is for me. More clues and guidance emerging. Visited an advertising agency with a circular orientation —where I suddenly recalled a vivid dream I had a few months back that I was already there (precognitive clue). Mind blowing music at Blå, a game board at the train station that matched my intuitive clue board, and a self love clue about asking for loving words when you need it 🤩.
