HIVE: a hub of positive reproductive & sexual health HIVE is a hub of sexual and reproductive health. Since 1989, HIVE has provided preconception and prenatal care to women and couples affected by HIV.

Since 2004, all babies born in San Francisco have been free of HIV. We share lessons learned via our website for providers and people living with and affected by HIV across the U.S via our website, HIVEonline.org.

Today, we honor National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day ♥️

We honor the voices, leadership, and resilience of women and girls affected by HIV. At HIVE Clinic, we believe every person deserves sex-positive, stigma-free care and the full power of reproductive autonomy - to decide if, when, and how to build the lives and families they dream of. Raising awareness means centering their voices and standing with them in the fight for reproductive justice and health equity.
