We're looking forward to our next offering of Healing the Healer on Saturday, November 1st - a very special and important module to our team at Polaris.
This module invites therapists to focus on deepening their self-care and personal grounding- core foundations for NOSC-assisted work. Through experiential practices and clinical insight, we’ll explore how to stay centered while engaging non-ordinary states, prevent countertransference stress and burnout, and cultivate ongoing well-being.

Our next offering of the Healing the Healer Module is coming up on Saturday, November 1st. This workshop can be taken as a stand-alone module or as part of the KAP curriculum, and is open to therapists who haven’t previously taken any Polaris modules.
This module focuses on self-care, personal work, and effective processing of material that arises in sessions; essential skills for psychedelic-assisted therapists to stay grounded and present in their work.
We’ll explore working with non-ordinary states of consciousness, strategies to prevent countertransference stress and burnout, and practices that support therapist well-being. The training blends clinical wisdom with experiential self-care activities and offers six continuing education credits.
This course is suitable for both clinicians and the general public, and healthcare professionals can integrate the tools into their clinical work.

Transformation Through Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
We offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy for individuals seeking healthier and more satisfying lives. Ketamine assisted therapy, a cutting-edge treatment, has been shown to be an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma/PTSD, addictions, chronic pain syndromes, and other psychological difficulties.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy can also be an effective process for enhancing depth psychotherapy, working with challenging life transitions, psycho-spiritual difficulties, as well as facilitating psychedelic integration.
KAP supports individuals seeking greater insights into themselves, into their interpersonal relationships and conflicts, and supports clients in furthering their personal and professional development and enhancing their overall sense of wellbeing.
At Polaris we provide a uniquely curated therapeutic experience for patients, including preparation and integration services, a comfortable therapy office setting, and specially selected ambient playlists to support the healing process. Our licensed psychologists and psychotherapists work in partnership with physicians who provide medical monitoring and supervision.
Working with low-to-moderate dose ketamine lozenges, and various moderate to higher dose levels with ketamine intramuscular injections, we emphasize matching the specific needs of each individual to the right interventions and doses. We consult regularly with our clients’ other medical and mental health care providers, and when appropriate we can provide referrals to other treatment options.
