This page is a dynamic process of sharing, expanding, growing together and apart, learning to simply be who we are in the present moment. All that we do and say here is a work-in-progress. Life is a slow verb, a process filled with myriad and nuanced perspectives shared upon this planet some call Mother Earth. We are living in apparently and profoundly transformational times as a human species, one that blurs boundaries once seemingly fixed and provides opportunity for transformation, for breaking cycles of violence, for becoming vibrant and alive over and over again. I am not here to teach you my belief system, though I will share when it can support our work. I am here to help you find yourself when you are lost or confused. Or bring forth and integrate what you have discovered about your life path into your reality here and now. I am here to shine light into the shadows. I am here to help you weather the storm. I am the calm, balance, center, attunement. A bit of my story starts with growing up as a child in the rural Redwood Forests and Coastal Nature of the Pacific Northwest with a very large extended family and a relatively small rural community. I have lived in Europe and South America. Tasted moonshine and rode a vespa in the rain. And I still come home to the giant Sequoias and beauty of Coastal California. I hold an MA in East-West Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, and work from a frame of depth and transpersonal psychologies through ecopsychological and indigenous meets modern lenses. I have explored my own ancestry indigenous to the Siberian tundra and the drumming journeys alive there. I have participated in West African and Native American ritual, and hold a special place in my heart for many of the festivals that offer space for self-exploration and collective-inspired visionary experience. My Soul-Inspired guidance and Heart-Centered counsel is influenced by both personal experience and academic and spiritual training.
