Just like we take care of our physical health, we should take care of our mental health, too. Mental health = health! 💚

"I think that Meru Health is something that everyone should do at some point or another. I wish this invaluable content was available to everyone. I believe that whether or not someone is having a hard time taking care of their own mental health that everyone could have at least one valuable take-away from this program that would help them along their life’s journey. I will be recommending Meru Health to anyone and everyone I have the pleasure of discussing mental health issues with, and I am forever grateful to have participated in this 12-week program."

Our newest peer-reviewed study examined patients with severe depression and found out that the patients experienced significant reductions in depressive symptoms after participation in the Meru Health Program, and the results were sustained 3 months and 6 months after the program completion.

Digital Tools Can Help Workers Deal with Pandemic-Related Stress

Access, cost, stigma - the dreadful trio that prevents people from seeking mental health support. Our recent survey reveals that up to 50% of employees have not sought mental health assistance even when they thought they needed it.

"It takes time for people to be ready for help. If you break a bone, you'll talk to a doctor [right away], but no one ever dies because of broken bones. But…a lot of people die because of depression or su***de. It's not considered as urgent to get the help."
