Sometimes the waves remind us we’re allowed to put it all down for a while.

The striving.
The becoming.
The endless list of what still needs to change.

We’re carrying so much individually, collectively…
and it’s heavy.

But there’s medicine in simplicity.
In the quiet rhythm of your breath matching the tide.
In feeling your feet in the water and realizing: this moment is enough.

You are allowed to rest in what already is.
To remember that before anything needs to be fixed or made new you are already here. Already whole. Already held. 🌊

I have never really resonated with the term light worker.

It never felt quite right.

But lately, I’ve come to understand myself as a light bearer.

To bear light is to carry it through shadow, through uncertainty, through the moments you’d rather turn away. It’s not about always shining. It’s about staying present when the light flickers.

Being a light bearer isn’t a title.
It’s a devotion to meet truth, to choose awareness, to embody love even when it’s uncomfortable.

Sometimes bearing light feels like holding a candle in a storm.

Sometimes it feels like becoming the dawn after a long night.

But always, it’s sacred.

To all the quiet light bearers: the ones who keep showing up,
who transmute pain into wisdom,
who illuminate without trying…

The last few days, I’ve been feeling unwell.

There’s been a lot of energy, emotion, and life moving through me … personally and collectively, and I can feel my body calling me to rest.

This afternoon, I lay down on the warm concrete of my driveway. I let the sun hold me. I remembered my breath.
And gosh, it felt good so good… to be supported, to feel warmth, to feel held and safe.

A gentle reminder: safety, peace, love, and connection are always right here.
Waiting for you, whenever you choose to pause and return.
