🎉 Welcome to Rouse S*xual Wellness 🎉

At Rouse, we aim to help you awaken your true self, understand your needs, as well as communicate your boundaries and wishes to yourself and others.

We aim to help people be less s**tty to themselves and others.

🌟 We are a collective of s*x and relationship therapists who hold a strong belief that addressing the whole person, their environment and their history is what is needed to find true healing. We hold a strong anti-racist, feminist, cultural and trauma-informed lens with our work. We use evidence-based approaches within mental and s*xual health, and combine it with traditional psychotherapy and a smattering of good ol' California "woo."

🌈 We strive to provide a safe-enough space for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, kinky, poly and other marginalized populations. Our specialities also include Q***r Men in the Margins, First-Generation Americans and other Diasporic Individuals.

🌟 In the future we will have offerings for new parents, q***r parents, medication management and functional medicine.

🎇 Starting in 2022 we are offering online s*x and relationship therapy, a group on s*x and anxiety for male-identified folks, and online workshops on topics within s*x and relationships.

🌟 We strive to incorporate more options in the coming years to provide on-demand access to s*xual wellness information and care.

🌟 We welcome you to look around our website, sign up for our newsletter and see our offerings.

🌟 We would be honored if you shared our resources with others.

❤ Licensed Clinicians in California: If you're looking to step up your s*x therapy, DBT and psychodynamic skills while also having the opportunity to lead workshops and work with a great team, hit me up. We'll be hiring throughout the year and I want to get to know others out there.

We can get so focused on “conquering,” “achieving,” and “obtaining” but lose sight of relating, being and connecting. Stop that s**t. Give yourself a break. Allow yourself to be.

I also specialize in working with multi-ethnic individuals and those who have immigrated recently or are first-generation American born.
