Our bodies are very wise. Try to give it what it asks for and the tension it carries will slowly be released.

Sit still and listen. It’ll tell you. Any nudge you feel or think is exactly what it needs. Does it need a walk, stretching, a grounding meal, sunlight, a good cry, a hug, or laughter? Give it what it needs and you will feel better.
