Healthy twist tips to get your weekend going!

“I really love twists in all forms. This one is laying spinal twist. There are so many variations of them so I chose one that fits in the picture. Arms can be straight but they didn’t fit in the frame. The main thing is to twist from thoracic spine and not from low back. And does the shoulder have to be down? For the most classical pose and educational purposes yes. In different situations and variations it is a no. Happy twisting!
