Come and be surrounded with those who pass no judgement and embrace the New Comers-

We begin with music, worship, fellowship coffee ☕️ and snacks….a great lesson will be shared tonight by Katherine Kirkconnell from our lesson 19 Cross Roads

Following we divide into a SAFE men and safe Women’s small group and share or just listen expressing struggles, praises, prayer requests… what ever it may be

Lesson 17 in Celebrate Recovery focuses on forgiveness.
It emphasizes that forgiveness is a process, not a one-time event, and is crucial for personal healing and recovery. The lesson highlights the importance of forgiving others, accepting God's forgiveness, and forgiving oneself. It also addresses the idea of letting go of past hurts and resentments to move forward in the recovery journey.

Biblical Principles:
Celebrate Recovery utilizes biblical principles and scriptures to guide participants through the process of forgiveness.
For example, Romans 12:17-18 encourages believers to live at peace with everyone, even when wronged. (Oooch)

In essence, Lesson 17 in Celebrate Recovery provides a framework for understanding and practicing forgiveness as a vital component of our recovery process.

In Celebrate Recovery, Lesson 15 focuses on achieving Victory over personal struggles and character defects. The lesson emphasizes the importance of voluntarily submitting to changes God wants to make and humbly asking Him to remove shortcomings. It uses the acrostic VICTORY to guide participants: Voluntarily submit, Identify character defects, Change your mind, Turn over character defects, One day at a time, Recovery is a process, and You must choose to change.
