LIVING IN A PALACE FOR NO COST !
At some point we all will require some assistance. None of us want to admit it, but we are human and the body, like a classic care, the part become worn. Now we feel uncomfortable with several things. First, living with your kids can become awkward, particularly if you require professional assisted care. Second, living in your home by yourself can become dangerous.. No matter how many safeguards you install for falling, burning, or choking. By the time outside parties reach you, it is probably too late. Finally, checking into a care home is crap-shot at best. How many other seniors will share the room with you ? Do they snore, fidget, are they too loud, does their personality clash with yours and are their visitors annoying,. Are the meals what you like, is the ratio of seniors to medical techs, ten seniors to one tech? Why is the tech ratio important, because if you need the bathroom or are choking, the tech can only help one senior at a time. If there are other seniors with similar needs, you may be waiting 30 minutes or longer.
What is the solution to your dilemma ? Well, the solution is not home care because that would cost a fortune and eat-up your equity in your home in a relatively short time. You would like a home, not a ward in a hospital setting with other seniors. You need care dedicated just to you so when a need arises, it is immediately taken care of. Lastly, you don’t need to pay $5,000 to $7,000 a month for assisted care that you deserve.
Let’s consider what you would like ? Well, most of us would like to live in a palace, with constant servants at no cost. How about a condo as your home ? You don’t share it with anyone. How about having twenty-four hour, seven-day service dedicated strictly to you. Would two medical professionals at your call at anytime, all the time, be ideal ? And the cherry on top of the ice cream Sunday is it cost you nothing each month. If you own a home, we use that home to support you. Is there an entry fee, yes. But when you leave our senior home program, you sell your ownership, your entry fee and you are out Scott-Free. Your children will inherit a home that did not have it’s equity eaten away by assisted care costs.
