Notice of Closure

Dear Valued Patients,

We are writing to inform you that Ability Outpatient Physical Therapy, Inc. will officially close its doors as of February 28, 2025. This decision was made after careful consideration, and we want to express our deepest gratitude for your trust and support throughout the years.

While we will no longer be providing outpatient physical therapy services effective January 01, 2025, we remain available to assist if you need your medical records or with any questions/concerns you may have until February 28, 2025. Our office will continue to accept calls/inquiries during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00AM-5:00PM), and we encourage you to reach out to us for any physical therapy concerns or to address any outstanding matters.

Important Dates to Remember:

Office Availability for Inquiries: Until February 28, 2025

If you have any urgent questions, need to request your medical records, or would like recommendations for alternative care options, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before Febuary 28, 2025.
