Our seniors enjoyed a fun outing to a beloved local coffee shop, famous for its own roastery and scrumptious pastries. Between sips, smiles, and shared jokes, everyone savored the warmth of good coffee and even better company.

Our community came alive with spoooky fan and laughter at this year’s Halloween Party! Residents, friends and staff gathered for the celebration filled with great food, live entertainment and festive activities! The costume contest brought out everyone creativity and pumpkin decorating contest showed off some amazing talent. Magician wowed the crowd with incredible tricks and everyone had great time!

Our residents donned fancy hats, sipped tea, and enjoyed a beautiful charcuterie board while watching the Kentucky Derby in style! A special performer brought the energy, transforming our gathering into a joyful celebration. Here's to traditions, fun, and unforgettable memories!

Spring Celebration Dinner — A Night to Remember!

Ivy Park at San Tomas and Amedisys had the pleasure of hosting a special evening honoring our incredible Social Service Partners from Post Acute and Post Acute

Chef Josh wowed us with a delicious multi-course meal, starting with a Pickled Beet Terrine amuse bouche and a Spinach Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette and Candied Walnuts.

The Scallop Crudo appetizer was as beautiful as it was flavorful, and guests enjoyed a choice of Shrimp Scampi or Airline Chicken Breast with sides of Swiss Chard and Potato Purée.

The sweet finale? A Candied Almond Affogato that had everyone smiling!

Huge thanks to our Chef and our amazing team for making this evening unforgettable.

Today, our residents celebrated the beauty of nature by planting succulents and soaking up the sunshine. It was a joyful afternoon of gardening, laughter, and delicious Earth Day-inspired snacks lovingly prepared by our amazing Chef. There’s nothing like connecting with the Earth and each other.
