What is a Seroma? 
A seroma is a collection of clear, watery fluid that forms under the skin after surgery. It is typically found near the incision site.  
Seromas occur when:
• Lymphatic vessels are damaged during surgery
• There is a large space left after tissue removal
• The body produces too much fluid in the healing process 
Seromas may cause:
• Swelling
• A soft, puffy lump under the skin
• Pain or discomfort

A gel is applied to the treatment area, and then an ultrasound device emits low-frequency sound waves that break down fat cells
You can expect to lose up to 1–2 inches from the first treatment, and 2 inches after each subsequent session.
