The first ever Evergreen Wellness 5K run reminded me of one powerful truth:

Wellness becomes easier when we do it together. I'm so grateful I got to be a part of it. Special thanks to my dear friend for having the vision and executing the plan.

A great big thanks to Councilman Domingo Candelas and Sachin Radhakrishnan for their support and for showing up in person to root the community on.

Thank you to the volunteers, participants and community for getting involved and to the many businesses, especially the Evergreen Leadership Neighborhood Association who sponsored or donated gifts for our raffle give aways.

The Power of Good Nutrition 🌿

Recently, at an event, an 85-year-old man came up to me. He’s the uncle of a friend I’d helped get started on SuperMix, with it's main super food ingredients, Moringa Oleifera, a natural approach to nourishment.
