Our Story

Jay Ebadat, DC, is a compassionate board-certified chiropractor with over 23 years of experience. He provides expert care to patients at South Bay Wellness Center located in San Jose, California.

Dr. Ebadat provides the kind of chiropractic care that offers relief for a host of problems and conditions. His safe and natural approach can help treat aches and pains and the various health issues that are often linked to them.

Dr. Ebadat started his career by earning his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, located in Davenport, Iowa, in 1993. After graduating, he worked for two years in multidisciplinary clinics. Then, in August 1995, Dr. Ebadat established Ultimate Health Chiropractic.

Through Dr. Ebadat's use of highly effective techniques, headaches and back pain can become a thing of the past. Under his care, many patients in the San Jose area have achieved significant pain relief after undergoing chiropractic treatments.
