The County has launched a Wage Theft Judgment Dashboard, a user-friendly digital database designed to protect workers and incentivize employers to treat their employees fairly.

The interactive dashboard, created by the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement, lists employers in Santa Clara County that have judgments against them for wage theft – which occurs when employees do not receive all the wages and other compensation they have earned – and the amounts of the judgments.
