We’re thrilled to unveil our brand-new cardio room, designed to elevate your workouts and keep you moving toward your goals.

Plus, our ab machines have been relocated to the front of the gym for easier access and a more focused core workout experience!

📅 Nov. 29th - Dec. 1st (Friday - Sunday): 6 AM - 6 PM

Another IHRSA in the books. Good to see new products, services, and technological applications for health clubs this year. Really enjoyed the Precor B***y Builder line, Hoist Hack Squat, Matrix Climbmill, Hammer Strength Assisted Plated Loaded Nordic Ham Curl, and the Pendulum Performance Power Squat.
