1. “If you pay close attention…”

👉 What it means:
Most people listen to words, rationalizations, and social cues. But few are trained to listen to their body’s signals—especially in relationships.

To “pay close attention” means to slow down and tune in—not to your thoughts, but to your felt sense.

👉 Example:
You meet someone who seems perfect on paper, but something inside you tightens. You feel drained, foggy, or slightly anxious around them.

You ignore it because your mind says, “They’re nice.”

But your body is giving you the truth.
