There can be a lot of feelings, questions, and moments where you’re just trying to make sense of it all. You don’t have to hold that alone.

Your postpartum doula is there to listen. To sit with you. To be a sounding board as you talk through your experience at your own pace.

All birth is valid. Having a cesarean does not make you a failure.
