Exciting position available for an office manager or trainee at a Concierge primary care practice in lovely Willow Glen. We focus on excellence in health care with the Concierge flare, working closely with a select group of member patients. We take time to build relationships and learn about individual healthcare needs, and offer unique services such as house calls, extended office visits, mobile phlebotomy, after hours physician access, and more.
The role of the office manager is a satisfying opportunity for a dedicated multitasker who is ready for a leadership position in a primary care clinic. Experience as a Certified Medical Assistant with back-office skills is required. Our ideal applicant is organized, reliable, professional, has great people skills, and would enjoy supporting myriad services such as preventive, acute, and chronic primary care, providing medical grade skin care products and select laser treatments, and coordinating specialized services such as patient appreciation events and extensive patient advocacy.
Bookkeeping, billing, and marketing experience or interest is a plus. We offer competitive wages, PTO, part-time and full-time opportunities.
