Are planks on your list of things to improve at in 2023? They’re such a great move for your whole body as well as being SO easy to modify and progress!
A modified plank on a BOSU is one of my absolute favorites for people who may not feel comfortable or able to get on the ground fully. It challenges your core, hip flexors, and shoulders more, while supporting your elbows and joints more gently than on say, that metal bench 😬 See—she’s even smiling doing them! Ha!
