After 25 years of practicing Chinese Medicine I am retiring! Don't know what's next, but I am going to relax for as long as it takes to see what kind of adventures arise. I have a sweet office in Willow Glen with one treatment room if anyone is looking. Very inexpensive rent. All of the office furniture, art, supplies and equipment must go. I'll let it go cheap. A new report published by The Lancet suggests ecosystem restoration can reduce the risk of infection and adverse sequelae, and have an integral role in humanity's recovery from COVID-19.

How? By enhancing immunoregulation via exposure to diverse microbial communities and biogenic compounds (we talked about it in last friday's post!),
restoring habitats and preventing human encroachment,
and enhancing overall health and well-being through nature engagement and measures to improve social equity.
