Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of a busy clinic
- Provide excellent customer experience for our patients
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain patient files
- Records keeping
- Inventory, office supplies,
- Maintain cleanliness and order in treatment areas, lobby, and break room
- Update website and social media portals
- Prepare presentation slides
- Create newsletters and business correspondence
- Assist in outreach programs and events
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Bilingual (Chinese speaking) a plus
- Superb public relations skills
- Computer proficiency is a must
- Highly organized
- Attention to details
- Self-motivated
- Problem solver
- Productive, efficient, able to multi-task
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Has a growth mindset and is willing to learn
- Minimum 1 year of office work experience

Patient is diagnosed with subacute degeneration of spinal cord on June 26, leaving her unable to walk. By August 3, the patient is able to get on her feet again and return to her daily activities.
