Happy Monday, everybody! 👋🏻

This week show Your nervous system a little support with an HBOT session here at Cerebral.

🤔 But what is an HBOT session?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) allows you to relax in a pressurized chamber while breathing oxygen under supervision. The goal is to help oxygen circulate more efficiently throughout the body — supporting natural recovery processes.

Many people explore HBOT as part of their care plan for things like:

✨ Recovery and overall wellness support

✨ Managing inflammation and swelling

✨ Supporting cognitive and neurological function

✨ Wound healing and tissue repair

✨ Feeling more energized and clear

Sessions with our team are calm, guided, and designed to be a comfortable experience from start to finish.

If you’ve been curious about trying HBOT, this might be your sign to book a session this week.

Send us a DM or click the link in our bio to schedule your consultation — our team will walk you through everything step by step.

If you want to understand your headaches better, start with data — not guesses.

For the next 7 days, track these 4 things:

Time & Duration
When did it start? How long did it last?

Triggers
Sleep changes, stress, screen time, certain foods, vision strain — even one pattern can be helpful.

Location
Front of the head? Behind the eyes? Sides? Base of the skull? Location can offer clues.

What Helped
Water? Rest? Dark room? Massage? Medication?
How your body responds is just as important as where it hurts.

One headache doesn’t always tell us much.
But repeated patterns? That’s useful information.

This isn’t about self-diagnosing.
It’s about gathering better data so your provider can make more informed decisions.

If your headaches have been consistent, disruptive, or changing in pattern, it may be worth getting checked.

DM us if you’d like help understanding your next step.

Not every symptom is “just a bad day.”

But patterns?
Patterns are worth paying attention to.

- Ongoing fatigue, brain fog, or forgetfulness
• Feeling off-balance when you turn your head or stand up
• Headaches that follow a pattern — same time of day, after screens, during stress, or after sleep

One isolated symptom may not mean much.
But when symptoms repeat in a pattern, that’s useful information.

We’re not here to cause panic.
We’re here to encourage awareness.

If something keeps showing up consistently, track it. Write it down. Notice the triggers. Patterns give providers better data — and better data leads to better next steps.

If you’re unsure whether what you’re experiencing is worth evaluating, send us a DM. We’ll help you decide calmly and clearly.

How most people relax on the weekends…
How we relax on the weekends.

Brain and nervous system care doesn’t always look like candles and spa music.

Sometimes it looks like structured therapies designed to support regulation, recovery, and how your brain responds to stress.

At Cerebral Health, certain sessions may focus on calming an overworked nervous system and improving how your brain processes movement and input — all based on your individual assessment.

Relaxation isn’t just “doing nothing.”
It can also mean actively supporting your system so it functions better during the week.

Curious what this type of care actually feels like?
DM us and we’ll walk you through it.

This is an Optokinetic (OPK) test, and it’s one of the ways we check how your brain and eyes work together.

We use a moving striped pattern to see how your eyes naturally track motion. Your eyes will “follow” the movement, then quickly reset (a normal reflex called nystagmus). That response gives us objective clues about how your visual pathways are functioning.

Why it matters:
If you’re dealing with dizziness, visual strain, headaches, balance issues, or brain fog, your visual system can be a big part of what’s going on.

No guessing. We measure what we can, then build a plan around your results.

Want to know what your first visit looks like? DM us and we’ll walk you through it.

Me and my best friend on a random Tuesday…
…taking our nervous systems seriously.

Care doesn’t always have to feel intimidating. Sometimes it looks like compression therapy, supportive modalities, and structured rehab in a space where you actually feel comfortable.

At Cerebral Health, sessions may include tools that support circulation, recovery, and nervous system regulation — depending on your individual plan.

No exaggerated claims.
No “miracle” language.
Just thoughtful, personalized care designed around your goals.

Because brain and body health isn’t just for when things are falling apart — it’s for staying ahead, too.

Want to see if this approach is right for you? Send us a DM.

At Cerebral Health, we focus on structured neurological rehab designed to support how your brain and nervous system function in real life.

Depending on your needs, your care plan may include targeted rehab exercises and supportive therapies that aim to improve coordination, regulation, and cognitive performance over time.

We don’t claim miracles.
We measure what we can, track progress, and adjust your plan as your system adapts.

Brain health isn’t passive. It’s trainable — when approached thoughtfully and safely.

Curious if this approach is right for you?
Send us a DM and we’ll help you decide your next step.

Not your typical neurology clinic.

At Cerebral Health, we’re rehab-focused and measurement-driven, so you’re not left guessing. We take time to understand what you’re experiencing, run structured assessments, and build a plan that fits your goals and your tolerance.

Depending on your needs, your care may include work on things like balance, coordination, visual processing, reaction time, and nervous system regulation, with progress tracked over time.

No hype. No instant “cure” promises. Just a clear next step and a plan you can follow.

If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but you still don’t feel like yourself, send us a DM. We’ll help you figure out if you’re a fit.
