Our office is located within the Orchard Farms Shopping Center and it is only 1.2 miles from where we used to be. Dr. Pham received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis in 1995. Four years later, in 2000, she received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon. She has been practicing optometry with ophthalmologists at Monterey County Eye Associates in Salinas, and with other optometrists at Dr. Holbert and Associates in Oakridge Mall. With the different practice settings, Dr. Pham acquires a strong clinical experience in management and treatment of ocular diseases as well as management of visual errors which require glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Pham also works closely with ophthalmologists to provide patients pre-operative counseling and establishing realistic expectations as well as post-surgery care for cataract surgery and refractive surgery. She is fluent in English, Vietnamese and clinical Spanish.

Stevens Creek Optometry is located on Stevens Creek Blvd, in Cupertino, near Apple Campus, Kaiser Permanente and other medical facilities.
