❗️Therapy is free and confidential.
• Language interpretation are services available

📝Youth Space writing workshop (8/25/25)📝

🌈 Join the Youth Space for a creative writing workshop that centers storytelling and variant writing styles!

✏️ In this workshop participants will learn how to:
• brainstorm ideas
• make a timeline
• keep consistency
• hold over thinking exercises about your writing, and
• Expand on how to make your writing concise or elongated.

✨ All trans, nonbinary, intersex, genderqueer, and gender-questioning youth and young adults ages 13-25 are welcome!

🌈Announcement!🌈

❗️Alum Rock Counseling Center ( ) would like to share their newest program in partnership with Santa Clara University: the BALANCE Study (Building an Affirmative Life And Navigating Challenging Emotions).

💜 The program will test scalable intervention and prevention approaches including a free digital mental health application which was designed with LGBTQ+ Youth Voices.

✨ Youth ages 14-19 will receive free telehealth peer counseling through the app, along with additional mental health tools and support resources tailored to their unique needs.
