With funding from The Health Trust last year, YMCA of San Benito and Hollister Pediatrics launched the Health Family Home program, which aims to lower childhood obesity and pre-diabetes rates by working with the . In addition to clinical support, the program includes access to the local YMCA gym, and workshops, and personal training. can also join in on fun events, like cooking demonstrations and 5K runs.

What an exciting launch! Congratulations to Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County as they launch the Rotary Mobile Medical Clinic. In 2023, The Health Trust partnered with CCSCC through a Health Partnership grant, providing capacity support to plan for the coordination of the mobile clinic. We can’t wait for the clinic to begin offering compassionate care to community members who need it most, right where they are. Everyone deserves access to high-quality medical care, and CCSCC's new clinic will be an incredible resource for the entire community.
