Hey mama! These are the perfect postpartum snack🤗. Do you get STARVING while breastfeeding/pumping like I did?!
These are a staple around here! J calls them "cookie balls", and mama loves them as a healthy/filling snack for all! I kind of eye ball the recipe now, but here is a rough idea
1. Blend pitted dated until they make a paste (I used about 10)
2. 3/4 cup nut butter of choice (Sun butter makes it allergen friendly)
3. 3/4 cup rolled oats
4. Protien powder of choice (2 servings)
5. 3 tbsp. Chia seeds
5. A splash of milk
6. Get in there with your hands and smush until mixed, and then roll into balls (it's made about 12, but 3 got gobbled up already)
Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy🤍
