I seriously feel for parents in this "information era", I mean, how do we know what to trust when there are a million different answers/opinions via Google search or via AI? Each mommy/baby duo is as unique as a fingerprint, and deserves customizable and evidence-based care. Grazing plate for the while fam. Go to the deli and buy some prepared salads (I have tuna and potato here) and then add whatever fruits/veggies you have. This took me 6 minutes to prepare. Healthy postpartum meals don't have to be complicated.

What a JOY working with this sweet Mama and baby bear🤍
Baby was having a hard time getting comfortable at the breast and was dysregulated, so enter the yoga ball! It did the trick, and they both loved the koala hold and the calming rhythmic movement. So precious.
