City of San José, Therapeutic Art & Wellness - Grace serving the social, recreational, and therapeutic needs of adults with mental disabilities. Come by and check us out!!!

This program is a unique community-based, social, recreational, therapeutic and educational program in Santa Clara County. The GCC program is the result of a unique partnership between the City of San José's Department of Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Services and Santa Clara County's Mental Health Department. At GCC people who would otherwise be isolated, or be at high risk for hospitalization

, are provided a safe, creative, and stimulating environment to participate in a variety of therapeutic, educational and culturally diverse programs. Serving up to 150 participants each day, the Grace Community Center operates out of our new community center at Northside Commuinity Center.
