You. Are. Not. Alone.

Even though it feels that way sometimes, or maybe a lot. Especially given today’s challenges of facing a worldwide pandemic. Know this, though life is stressful there is hope, there can be healing and counseling works! And, you are not alone.

Pre-Pandemic--Life was stressful! And life in Silicon Valley is a whole other level of stressful! Even the strongest of us may need to turn to professional help. In my professional career I have served, truly, all walks of life. I believe that counseling is a way to recenter ourselves, take a look at what’s working and not working. Develop tools to cope, expand our self knowledge and walk away feeling empowered and renewed.

My career began many decades ago and I bring both my professional knowledge to the table and my lived life experience. My approach is driven by my connecting with you and allowing your story to unfold. As it does opportunities to address the issues causing you difficulty present themselves. And in those moments the work happens. The work, not unlike tending a garden, and in doing so you (re)bloom! Let’s start tending that garden, that’s my invitation to you. Oh, and, you are not alone.
