Anywhere in the world, we make sure to experience a local yoga studio. It was Mumbai with Gulnar at her yoga studio in Mumbai central.
She taught a fabulous Hatha class and made sure she challenged us 😉

What struck us about Gulnar is that she is making effort for women in her area to come to a space for themselves. She promotes self care for women. She makes sure women find strength and calm. Her space gives women the ability to connect, have fun and find yoga as a way of life.

Just like Almaden Yoga, she is spreading peace, love, laughter and building a strong community.

The honest truth is that I did want to go to a Bollywood celebrity yoga studio but after meeting Gulnar, I realized she is the celebrity making a difference in the lives of common women, following a simple life and opening her pure heart to her community.
To me that is a celebrity who works without any fame or status.

An amazing trip to India comes to an end.
Work in Delhi, wedding in Mumbai, yoga, new bonds, laughter, food, another 60th celebration, drinking and dancing. Room with a view in Mumbai was the highlight.
A little bitter sweet to know that going to back to India may not happen for a while.
Headed back - home sweet home.
