We’ve spent far too long talking about what we lose in menopause - our cycles, our fertility, our younger selves.

But what if we started talking about what we gain? 💛

For so many women, this transition becomes a doorway into deeper clarity, confidence, and freedom than they’ve ever known. The noise quiets. The people-pleasing fades. And what’s left is a woman who finally knows her own truth.

We’ve been sold a lie.

Artificial sweeteners like aspartame are marketed to help you lose weight, but research says the opposite. They raise cortisol, increase oxidative stress, and reprogram your fat storage. One 2023 study even showed they can accelerate aging and increase cancer risk.

We have to stop pretending that the global obesity crisis is about willpower.
