Here’s how to keep it simple AND affordable:

1️⃣ Shop the perimeter of the store — produce, meats, dairy, and carb staples.
2️⃣ Pick 2–3 proteins (chicken thighs, ground beef, salmon) + 2–3 carbs (rice, potatoes, oats). That alone gives you dozens of meal combos.
3️⃣ Skip comparing processed “health” foods (organic cereals, keto snacks) with cheap junk food. That’s not the real difference. Whole foods win every time.
4️⃣ Buy in bulk at Costco or local farmers markets for even bigger savings.
