San Jose Measure C 7 long years and SJ city leaders continue to push failed medical marijuana laws. Make things right by voting: YES on MEASURE C!

Measure C Benefits:

-Regulates & Taxes medical marijuana related businesses, similar to alcohol. Funds may go back into the general fund for schools, community programs and law enforcement.

-Provides safe access where marijuana businesses can be located; away from sensitive uses e.g. 1000 feet away from schools/playgrounds.

-Prevents The City of San Jose from creating a legal monopoly for medicine:
prices of medical marijuana will go up, while the quality will drop.
