This Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, Valley Health Plan is shining a light on prevention and early detection.

Colorectal cancer remains one of the most common and deadly cancers in the U.S., with an estimated 154,270 new cases and 52,900 deaths in 2025.

Valley Health Plan (VHP) now offers doula services to support you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Doulas provide emotional support, pain management techniques, and help with birth planning.

Doula Services include:
• In-person and online doula visits
• Help with labor, delivery, breastfeeding, and recovery
• Emotional support every step of the way
• Include miscarriage and abortion support
• Available for Valley Health Plan and Santa Clara Family Health Plan members.
