Redwood Hospice is seeking a skilled Admissions RN to help guide patients and families as they begin their hospice journey.

This important role includes completing patient assessments, educating families about hospice services, coordinating with the care team, and helping ensure each patient receives the right support from the very start.

This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse who values meaningful patient connections and wants to play a vital role in delivering quality end-of-life care.

✨ $10,000 Sign On Bonus
💼 Full-time opportunity
💰 $65 to $70 per hour
📍 San Jose, California
