Sóleo: el segundo corazón que late en tus piernas 🫀🦵

Cada vez que caminas, te pones de pie o simplemente mueves los pies, este músculo profundo activa un mecanismo crucial para tu salud: ¡empujar la sangre de vuelta al corazón!

🔹 ¿Dónde está?

En la parte posterior de la pierna, debajo del gastrocnemio (la “pantorrilla”).

🔹 ¿Por qué se le llama “el segundo corazón”?

Porque actúa como una bomba venosa. Al contraerse, impulsa la sangre venosa desde las piernas hasta el corazón, venciendo la gravedad.

🔹 Beneficios clave:

• Mejora la circulación
• Previene coágulos y trombosis
• Disminuye el riesgo de hinchazón y estasis venosa
• Se mantiene activo incluso al estar de pie quieto

📌 Consejo práctico:

Actívalo con caminatas, movimientos de tobillo o ejercicios de elevación de talones, especialmente si pasas mucho tiempo sentado o de pie.

Sugar

Sugar is one of the most, if not the most addictive things one can consume.

Sugar feeds yeast, fungus, cancer....

Sugar causes brain fog, irritability, nerve damage, candida, and an endless amount of other ‘dis’eases.

I’m a firm believer of moderation and balance.

I’m not saying never consume these things, but become informed.

Maybe water it down, have it less often, or have less when you have it.

This is a great project to do with your children, what does 3g of sugar look like? 10g of sugar? 20g of sugar? And so on.

Being able to measure out so many tablespoons, helps bring those numbers to physical form, and not only for kids.
