Meet K'ronna – Neuromuscular Massage Therapist
K’ronna’s passion for healing started on the courts and fields, competing in basketball, dance, cheer, and track through college. After overcoming her own injuries, she discovered the power of movement, recovery, and holistic care.
Her journey took her to Foothill College, where she studied Sports Medicine and worked alongside athletic trainers, gaining a deep understanding of the science behind resilience. Transitioning from an athlete to an office professional gave her a unique perspective on how both high-performance training and sedentary desk work affect the body.
In 2025, K’ronna graduated from the National Holistic Institute’s Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program, becoming a state-certified massage therapist and proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is continuing her education with a focus on Sports Medicine and plans to specialize in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Pre-/Postnatal Massage.
Beyond the classroom, K’ronna is an avid traveler, drawing inspiration from healing traditions around the world—from Haiti and Nepal to the Bahamas, with Thailand next on her journey.
At the heart of her work, K’ronna believes massage therapy is more than recovery—it’s about empowerment. Her mission is to help you understand your body, restore balance, and take ownership of your well-being.
