Everyone loves a success story, am I right?

One of my clients came to me with super low energy and persistent fatigue, along with the usual buddy system of sleeplessness, and the overall feeling of “blech” day in and day out.

After an initial round of tests (with a particular focus on mold markers), we found that they were in the middle of a major inflammation cycle, and needed immediate action. Through the proper dietary tweaks, lifestyle edits, and spot-on supplementation, we were able to boost this client’s overall energy level from a 2 to an 8/10!

MCAS + Mold Illness:

A while back, I had a client come to me who was experiencing significant sleep issues, but also had discovered that they had a mold issue in their home. Despite no one else in the home experiencing any symptoms, or general malaise, this client continued to experience poor sleep A while back, I had a client come to me who was experiencing significant sleep issues, but also had discovered that they had a mold issue in their home. Despite no one else in the home experiencing any symptoms, or general malaise, this client continued to experience poor sleep.

Through our work together, we did a deep dive into their health history, along with rigorous testing, with a special focus on mold blood markers, such as VEGF and MMP-9.
Ultimately, we were led to explore the possibilities of mold illness and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), which is one of my specialties and my own personal health struggle.

Wellness is not just about food!

In addition to eating healthy, it’s also important to give attention to stress, sleep, and movement. I love yoga because it supports all three! Spending time moving your body and breathing with intention will help relieve stress and improve your energy levels, as well as enhance sleep.
