The VIP Lounge Show will feature NEMS MSO Associate Director – VBC Operations Annie Chen, Nurse Case Manager Silvia Luo, and Health Services and Care Coordinator Helen Tam, on KTSF, airing TONIGHT, 9/18, at 8:30 PM and again on Sunday, 9/21, at 9:30 PM! 🎥✨ (The show will be presented in Cantonese.)

During the segment, Annie, Silvia, and Helen will discuss what the Case Management Team does, share their individual roles and responsibilities, and explain how they collaborate to develop care plans for patients in need.
