Here at Pacific Coast Kinesiology Center, our Spinal Decompression Therapy is made up of motorized traction that gently stretches the patient's spine in order to relieve back or neck pain .

This mild stretch changes the position of and force on the spine. When this occurs, pressure is removed from the spinal discs and negative pressure is created, promoting the flow of O2, H2O and other nutrient rich fluids into the discs, which in turn promotes healing.
