Enjoyed a happy hour at Paon the other night... always delicious, excellent staff, knowledgeable aboit gfree. Golden apple salad, 4oz petit filet & frites, mint ice cream. A gem in Carlsbad, CA😋.

Another delicious meal at Indochine... they're knowledgeable about gfree meal prep, and helpful w/ suggestions.

Pad see u noodles w/ chicken & broccoli, and beef w/ tamari, onions, bok choy & cauliflower. Love eating here 🍱😋.

YUM ‼️ Can't rave enough about this place and their gluten free donuts... the best I've had! And now that someone on tik tok posted about them recently, they've got a line out the door the past few days.

Good for them! Something for everyone, and the NICEST owners! Make sure to support small businesses like these to keep them open! 🍩😋🍩

Soooo happy to find these! I've missed my bbq corn chips so much over the years! Found these at Frazier Farms Oceanside - score! No gluten, no MSG, no added crap... ingredients in comments. Perfect w/ my gfree chicken sandwich 😋

Indulging today at one of my go-to spots when in LA... Pampas Grill at farmers market (3rd/Fairfax) serving up deliciousness right off the skewers. Their buffet is now marked for gluten free items. (Open one in San Diego???😋)
