Dr. Jillian & MJ kicked off Day 1 of the Conference at - connecting with incredible organizations, sharing stories, learning and catching waves (yes, in a pool!).

Special shout out to for the handwritten and INCREDIBLY thoughtful, personal welcome notes. ❤️ Those take so much time and are a perfect example of just how fantastic, kind and supportive this really community is.

We’re stoked about how surf therapy keeps expanding - even to places away from the coast.

Did you hear the amazing NEWS?!?!?

Mike is back in the lineup and stronger than ever 💪🏽

After battling cancer for the third time, our amazing therapeutic surf instructor Mike is healthy, smiling, and back surfing with our crew! His kindness, patience, and stoke light up every session — and we’re beyond grateful to see that smile back in the water. Here’s to kicking cancer’s b***y (again!) and sharing waves again! 🌊💙

We couldn’t be more happy for Mike and his amazing family. 🤙 Thank you to everyone who followed his journey, sent cards, prayed, and supported during this time.

Sometimes independence looks like catching a wave on your own … and sometimes it looks like receiving a hand to get back out to the lineup.

This series is a reminder that it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. 💙

At Surf & Turf Therapy, we meet our surfers exactly where they are, whether that’s needing a little guidance from an instructor, celebrating a ride all on their own, or sharing a high five with a volunteer at the end.

Because needing help and building independence are not opposites, they’re both part of the journey. 🏄‍♂️✨

Happy 7 Years to S&T and our community!

Today was the first day we entered the water with Carter to see if some of my crazy ideas for PT on a surfboard could work - and the rest is history. We formally starts in November at the barn and beach, but this day 7 years ago is the true first day. As always thank you Lindsay Neff Kapp for trusting me out in the water with your son - 100's of people have been positively impacted thanks to your faith in me.
