                                            Just take a breath. 
If you do nothing else, correct your breathing pattern. Our breath has an active inhale, lead by the diaphragm, moving our ribs out and up, and a passive exhale, where the diaphragm relaxes. If this pattern is altered, it can affect our core strength, cause tension in the shoulders and pain in the. mid back. everything is connected ;)
