What does horsemanship look like at Walk Intuit? π΄
It's more than learning to brush a horse (though we do that too). It's about building trust, listening to your body, and discovering confidence through connection.
In this 6-week series, children will learn...
πͺ΄ Foundational horsemanship skills: Horse safety, grooming, hoof care, leading, bathing
π§ Emotional & somatic awareness: Body awareness, energy regulation, reading boundaries
π¬ Communication & confidence: Nonverbal connection, leadership skills, relationship-building
π΄ Understanding horses: Horse behavior, personalities, and what they're teaching us
Horses teach children how to be present, regulate their energy, and communicate with respect and clarity. On the final day of the program your child will have the opportunity to get up on the horse, integrating six weeks of trust, skill, and embodied learning.
