We are a Nonprofit healing center providing Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Education. The Walk Intuit team consists of highly trained therapists, equine specialists, and healers who are dedicated to helping others find their way on the journey towards becoming aligned with their authentic self. We specialize in equine assisted psychotherapy and equine assisted healing, helping those affected by trauma, assisting people on their spiritual path towards their authentic self, addiction and eating disorders, facilitating deeper healing through meditation, mindfulness, and spiritual work in nature. Walk Intuit provides; equine assisted psychotherapy, equine healing groups, meditation and mindfulness practice, expressive therapies, healing circles, retreats, supervision, training, and personal and professional growth. We believe that each person should be valued as an individual. Our professionals will assist you finding your way back to your path and increasing your overall sense of peace and wellbeing.

Starting this January, we're launching a monthly creative and sensory adventure for kids ages 6–12, where gentle mini horses meet art, movement, and self-expression.

What to expect:
Connection with calm, intuitive mini horses

Plot twist: sometimes the work you've been doing in therapy needs witnesses. Not cheerleaders. Not fixers. Just... people and horses who can hold space while you practice being yourself. 🐴💚

That's what our Healing With Horses group offers: 6 weeks of practicing the relational stuff that's hard to practice anywhere else.

You'll work on attunement (with horses who are basically nervous system whisperers), try on new relational patterns (with humans who aren't your regular people), and integrate trauma work you might already be doing through EMDR, somatic therapy, or other modalities.

Think of it as:
🌊 An expansion of individual therapy into relational territory
✨ Safe attachment practice with immediate, honest feedback (hello, horses)
🎨 Creative, body-based processing in community
💫 The missing piece if you've been healing alone for a while

Here's what most people don't know about healing: it doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in relationship. 🐴💚

Our Healing With Horses group series (starting January 2nd!) creates something rare—a space where you practice attunement with both horses AND humans. Because let's be real: if you've been doing individual therapy work, at some point you need to take those insights into actual connection.

Horses mirror your relational patterns without judgment. The group witnesses your growth without trying to fix you. And somehow, in that combination, something shifts that couldn't shift alone.

This 6-week Friday morning series is perfect if you're:

Students, Scouts, or anyone completing community service requirements, come work with our horses and chickens while earning your hours. It's way more interesting than picking up trash (though we appreciate that too 😊).

Minors work alongside a parent or guardian, so it's actually a pretty cool bonding experience. Plus, you get to hang out with horses. Win-win.
