We wanted to start off this new year by thanking you for trusting us with your health! We are so passionate about sharing our knowledge and truly love helping each and every one of you. You are a huge blessing to us!

Every new year, people are on fire about getting healthy. We have lots of questions about the best way to exercise, eat, and detox. Our advice is to find what works for you and stick with it throughout the year. That being said, Standard Process has an amazing detox protocol that we love. We are also SO excited to be offering something NEW in our office this year! It's called a ZYTO scan. The ZYTO Scan is conducted utilizing a technology that measures skin fluctuations in the skin, which is referred to as the galvanic skin response, or GSR. Lie detector testing is a form of GSR. When the scan is conducted, the ZYTO technology utilizes information that is relayed via an array of biocommunication principles and concepts that offer some deeply insightful information in regards to one’s health and wellness. We can use it to gain a variety of information, including detecting food sensitivities, and determining environmental and mental stressors. This is a great tool in addition to the muscle testing we do.

We've been using it on ourselves and our family members, and it's pretty amazing. We personally love the food sensitivity part. We are blown away at the foods we are supposed to be avoiding! It's also been helpful in fine tuning our supplements. Our bodies are constantly changing, so the supplements we need are also going to fluctuate.

18 years ago today we began our journey at Delta Wellness Group. 18 years!!! I’m in awe of what God has done through us to help so many people. Gratitude....it’s such a simple but powerful word. Living the life of gratitude is a choice that we make every single day. In fact we make this choice with every thought, every decision, every word✨
When my boys were babies, I used to remind them that happiness is a CHOICE. We choose every day to think happy thoughts and put a smile on our face. No matter what is going on, there’s always something to be grateful for♥️

We have been seeing so many kids in our office unfairly stressed out from being in front of the computer all day long for school. They are expected to adapt and handle the stress at such a young age. It’s nobody’s fault but its quite sad what this “new normal“ is doing to our children. This is just a gentle reminder to get them outside, get their feet in the ground, and feel the healing energy of our earth 🌿This goes the same for all the grownups 💜

This is why....over the last few years we have simplified life...focusing on what’s really important....family and friends who have become family. Being true to who we are and encouraging our boys to do the same has become a priority. Always remember to trust your heart...do what you know is truly best for your family. Listen to that voice...it’s God talking.
