I am so pleased and excited to announce one more Yin & Reiki Immersion. This is a special immersion I have been offering for over 2 years with a dear friend of mine and yoga teacher, Susie Smith

Come prepare for the turning of the season with a grounding, healing afternoon of Yin Yoga and Reiki energy work.

This 4-hour seasonal immersion invites you to consciously step into summer — releasing the old and making space for what’s ready to blossom.

This deeply nourishing workshop combines the stillness of Yin Yoga with the subtle, transformative energy of Reiki Healing, designed to support your body, mind, and spirit in moving with the natural rhythms of the season.

We will work with a purifying flow to release stagnant energy from the last cycle to create space and clarity for our visions and intentions.

My name is Georgia Young and one of the joys of my life is to work with women and their ability to self-heal and reclaim their inner power. Using different energetic tools, herbs and meditation women can access and regulate their energy centers; learn how to manifest what they really want in their lives and create new believes systems that will open the way to a healthy, integrated and free life.

I am a Holistic Life Coach and a Women's Circle facilitator. I am a Reiki practitioner since 2005 and a Pranic Healing Therapist since 2010. I also include in my holistic practice Ancestral Wisdom, Somatic Psychology (Hakomi) and herbs.

Our New Moon Circle was so lovely. Thank you to all who could come and for creating such a beautiful and supportive container.

Our upcoming Circle is on April 12th, Saturday, from 1 to 3 pm. This month's Full Moon will be in Libra, a sign that brings us the awareness of our need for relationships and all that comes with maintaining them — compromising, negotiating, graciousness, and balancing.

"The Aries-Libra polarity is a relationship axis, where Aries represents “self,” and Libra represents “other.” Where Aries is about self-assertion, Libra is about compromise.

The cold weather is definitely here now, and the Snow Moon is about to be in the sky this week. Yes! The peak of winter is almost here!

The Snow Full Moon holds profound spiritual meaning. It symbolizes purification, introspection, and endurance. This name comes from the heavy snowfall that typically happens in February in the colder places. The Snow Moon invites us to embrace the stillness and purity of winter. During this time, we can work with cleansing practices focusing on releasing any lingering emotional or energetic burdens, allowing space for clarity and renewal.

The Snow Full moon in February 2025 will occur in Leo, a sign associated with creativity, bravery, and self-expression. This positioning highlights themes of personal strength, urging us to embrace our true selves and shine with confidence.
