e thorough treatment. I've always found that massage therapy is a great compliment to yoga, or any form of exercise. As a casual yoga practitioner and coming from a music background of over 30 years, I really love working with other yogis, and ALL types of performing and visual artists: fellow musicians, dancers, graphic artists, photographers, actors, writers, etc. I've enjoyed a lifelong association with artists, and I'm very tuned in to how they use their bodies, and knowledgeable on how to suit their specific needs. It's my goal to help these people stay strong, focused and healthy, so they can perform at their best.
