"I really love practicing trigger point and myofascial techniques. Those seem to be the most effective tools I've come across for long-lasting pain relief for my clients."

Jess has over seven years of experience as a massage therapist and has been with the spa for three. Paired with her yoga teaching, she is a healer at heart. She particularly loves practicing trigger points and myofascial techniques, dedicated to reducing pain for her clients.

Outside of her practice, Jess is creative and likes to pursue new hobbies, paint watercolors, and play guitar.

Lauren is a familiar face from the Hotel SLO, having been with the company since 2019. She changed her path and has been pursuing her passion in esthetics and holistic skincare. She loves being able to boost clients' confidence and facilitate optimal relaxation.

She is a new mom to baby girl Wren, and loves living an active life. You can catch her hiking, on the tennis courts, at a concert or going for walks on the beach. A true SLOcal lady!
